Location

The Derby Turn Building is situated on Derby Road in a prominent position close to the Derby Turn traffic island, approximately half a mile from Burton upon Trent centre.

The building benefits from excellent road communications with the A38 approximately 1.5 miles to the north and the A50 (M1/M6 Link Road) approximately 5 miles to the north, adjacent to Toyota's European Motor Plant at Burnaston.

Also, the Derby Turn traffic island provides access to the A511, which connects Burton with Uttoxeter to the west and Ashby de la Zouch and the M42 to the east.
